Chalets not unlocking.

I have research Chalets and have used 5 forge points. It is showing the green tick and I have more than enough coins to unlock it but it will not unlock it>>

If it shows the green tick it is unlocked. Not sure what your problem is. Can you post a screenshot?

Here you go. It def won't let me press the unlock key and it is blocking my progress

Knight of ICE

It takes 200 supplies to unlock. You only have 33. To buy those extra supplies you need to pay 60 diamonds, or you just continue to collect supplies till you have enough.
