can't login to my account via android

is this a common problem or?

i'm trying to login via android mobile to get that 50 medal reward but it says incorrect username although it works fine from my pc.
i tried both en/us flags and nothing works.

can anyone elaborate please? :(

Probably best to contact support With this. The usual case is it's the wrong server but it may depend on how you set up your account to start with. Facebook for example causes a lot of issues as it never issues a password and logs in via there which is somewhat annoying.
