[ Contact Support | Ignore Forum Feature | Event Planning ]

There are 4 ways to contact support

  1. Right click anywhere in the game and select ‘Contact support’
  2. From the game login page select ‘Help’ and then choose ‘Support’
  3. Click on the ‘Game Support’ tab at the top of forum
  4. Go directly to http://support.innogames.com/login/to/game/foe/market/en

Method 1 gets you directly to where you can create a new ticket or access any previous tickets you have submitted.

With method 2, if you have already logged in you will go directly to your ticket listing. If not you will need to log in to see your tickets or create a new one.

With methods 3 and 4 you will need to enter your username and password to continue to the next page where you will see your existing tickets and can create a new one.

Dear Forge of Empires Support Team,

I am reaching out with deep concern regarding the handling of my ongoing complaint. I would like to know if it is appropriate for serious violations of the game’s rules, including breaches of privacy and potential legal violations, to be dismissed or underplayed in the manner I’ve encountered thus far.

Is it truly acceptable for such significant claims, which involve not only in-game breaches but also violations of international laws, to be handled through a dismissive approach or left unresolved by denying access to proper channels for reporting? The lack of response to the ticket and refusal to allow for adequate follow-up suggests a breakdown in due diligence, failing to adhere to the very procedures outlined by Forge of Empires for serious complaints.

This handling seems to disregard the gravity of the situation, potentially hiding or minimizing the issue at hand. Moreover, by not addressing the seriousness of these claims, it feels like an attempt to sweep the matter under the rug rather than investigate the matter fully as required by both the game’s internal policies and international legal standards.

I urge you to reconsider the approach to this complaint and provide a more transparent and responsible way of addressing such violations.

How do I contact Support or any Innogames representative before I approach external regulatory agencies?

Thank you for your attention to this pressing matter.

Kind regards, the Foundation

This isn't the place for this and chances of any staff replying are next to none on here, The forum has been abandoned as a way of communicating anything, however saying that support will be no better either for this type of situation.

If you're 'going legal' you would need to contact their legal dept at InnoGames GmbH Friesenstraße 13 20097 Hamburg Germany

You contact Support or any Innogames representatives the same way as you did before. You will not get an answer here, rather than telling you to do just that.

Forum Rules

We allow no discussion (this includes instigating discussion, by mentioning specific bans or moderating actions) of Ingame Moderation (or bans or cheating) in the forums.

Good luck approaching external regulatory agencies. It will be a total waste of time.

Sadly and unfortunately the Gentleman does have a valid argument, Inno continue to ignore serious matters and do tend to treat many serious nature complaints with a less than professional attitude. This is, I agree the incorrect place to bring this up as really only players post on the forums, so it's highly unlikely that anyone in Inno would ever be made aware of it, Support stands a small chance of it being passed on , but I for one wouldn't hold my breath.

Don't you think you need professionals to do that?

Please submit a support ticket, the instructions for which are in the post you responded to. You can also access this from the settings menu in the app or from the contact support button here on the forum. Please request escalation to a community manager if the issue is of a serious nature. The forum is not an appropriate place for this discussion therefore I will close this thread.
