Duplicate: can't finish quest

  • World: Brisgard
  • Browser and Version: Google Chrome : Version 29.0.1547.66 m
  • Overview of the bug: Because I didn't work much on quest or because I worked too much on researches, I dropped into this situation and probably not many players will be in the same situation. Quest ask me to spend 40 forge points and to finish some research. But I finished all researches in Progressive Age and I can't do anything now. Well, I believe problem is in some old research from Early Middle Age (Multistory Houses) where I need 600 Diamonds to finish it. That is only unfinished research I have. Award for this quest is one Blueprint and it will be crazy to spend on some old house 600 Diamonds now. If you look at screenshot, there is some typing error too. In field for reward word Blueprint is shown twice (2nd time word is not shown correctly). Sorry, but I didn't checked is that typing error reported.

  • Urgency: not very urgent
  • Preventative Actions: I could only abort this quest or wait some new Era
  • Summary: it is not big job to fix this small quest
  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: I look through the forum but I didn't find this problem
  • Have you tried fixing it by using methods listed in the thread pinned to the top of this forum: nothing will help about this quest

If you researched every technology but the multi-stories, try contacting support and telling them about your issue (right click in-game and go to "support"). The blueprint thing has already been reported.
