Browsing with Google for that bug I saw that it had show up in Beta ( I saw it reported in the Beta Forum not here) back in2014, 2016.
For some reason when I try to add FP to one of my guildmate's great building the three Add buttons are greyed out ( Add one fp, add 10 fp, add 10 fp from bar).
The GB is not fully levelled, I looked at other GBs for that same player they have the same problem, I looked at other guild players and I am able to contribute on theirs.

How often this occurs: Noticed it earlier this week but dismissed it, then today reporting it

Preventative Actions: I tied what the "Read before" section recommends, exited the browser. re-launched it logged back in and the bug is still there.
Summary: Cannot contribute fp on a guildmate GB..
I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes and has mentioned above I found that reported (and fixed) sometimes back in the beta forum
