Not a Bug: Cancel Production

When I cancel production - it pops up the lower quest dialog box.

Browser - Chrome
Cleared Cache - yes
Repeatable - yes
Severity - minor

When I hit the wrong production amount, and go in to cancel the production - the lower quest dialog box opens up after canceling my production. I have seen this with the leather works and shoe maker. In my case, it brings up the "Build Modern Goods Buildings" quest.

I tried it again today, and the problem that was repeating yesterday is not happening today.

Must just be WCS - Weird Computer Stuff.
