Building combination kits, a concept

I am not proposing this but just thought about this:
Can we have a new item called building combination kit?
The function will simply be combination the same buildings together to reduce road cost. Special buildings won't be able to get combined.

Most importantly, this combination will not require any additional art work.

I am open for questions..
