Not a Bug: [BUG] Recruit 3 new units

The quest asks us to recruit 3 new units - problem is, I already recruited 3 new units before I got this quest and now the quest won't complete.

The clue is in the name for this one. The quest requires you to recruit 3 new units. So you'll have to recruit 3 new units. Trust me, you'll need more than 3 units anyway.
