Proposal:
Leagues should be selelect in strict order of the new ranking table.

Reason:
Apart from the two strongest, the LP matching system unfairly penalises guilds strong enough to consistently hold 1000LP who get little chance to win a league, poor chance of Tower fragments, and will always be lower in the rankings than weaker guilds who have played in an easier league

Detalis:
It would be a simple matter to select leagues according to the new ranking table, so tha all guilds get a fair mix of easier seasons. It would also mean that the two strongest guilds meet more often for more exciting contests.

I believe this will greatly improve the balance in the new ranking table.
