Cannot Reproduce: Battleground flag remains when guild has no adjacent sector left

This was supposedly fixed already? So seems to have reappeared.

It has not been possible to identify the underlying cause of this issue. If someone has some new information to allow the bug to be reliably reproduced, please do contact support with it.
