Army Management Lag Fix

Only one page of Army Management loading.

Reason

To help remove part of the lag in GvG

Details

Recently we had a fix for event history, in which only the first page loaded making the event history load faster. I would like to see a similar fix done with the Army Management screen. I have been running some tests with different worlds and I have found that cities with less troops seem to suffer a lot less lag.

Might be a good idea - If we can set defaults and have them saved in a cookie - such as a default age and attached/unattached/all - I think that would greatly improve load time.
