But you can only get Industrial Age BP's from polishing/motivating/plundering Industrial Age buildings. So make sure you polish/motivate/plunder the right buildings.

Yes, IA blueprints are in the game, and you can get them from polishing/motivating. I have got pieces of the Colosseum and Lighthouse of Alexandria myself.
