Also wondering when new bonuses like House of Horrors Upgrade will be offered in Antiques Dealer. Level 1 has been offered for a while so when are the Upgrades coming.

That has been the pattern. This years event building becomes next years Daily Special, then gets added to AD on the next AD update (which might be another month or 3).
Of course, Inno is free to break that pattern anytime they want, but I suspect it's working for them.
