Proposal: Once maximum building level achieved, allow Cultural Settlement update prize to act as a age one-up kit for its specific building.
Have you checked the forums for the same or similar idea: yes
Reason: Once a settlement building is maxed out, it has to compete with chance and other buildings for a one-up / renovation kit. This would allow players to earn an age level-up for a specific building and allow players to keep an otherwise useful ( and hard-earned) building into the higher levels.
Details: Cultural settlement run throughs are counted, and once the maximum level is reached, the prize becomes a bundle of Forge Points. Instead of this, could the prize be an upgrade kit that acts as a one-up kit just for that building. ( or Renovation kit if you are feeling generous). Would not mean extra daily payouts, just existing goods/units adjusted for the current age.

Balance/Abuse Prevention: little different to a one-up kit in game effect; maybe just require a choose box for upgrade or FP at prize collection time.
