would it be possible to get an aerial view of our city

i was thinking something as basic as a standard street directory to allow us to look at road layouts which would allow us to better plan our cities going forward

or if people wanted to upgrade using diamonds there could something similar to google maps with street view functions allowing people the opportunity to walk their or friends city streets
