inno takes your money then doesn’t pay diamonds now taking action thru PayPal .... this site is a rip off
Occasionally there are visual errors where something is there but doesn't visually show. First up refresh the page to see if that fixes the problem. If not contact support and they'll refund you (or deposit the diamonds). I'm assuming if you're taking action through PayPal then the transaction went through.
Before you take action against anyone - not just inno, but anything you buy - you should always contact the person you've got a grievance with, confirm that you never received the product and ask them to either refund or replace the item.
