just under big chest in the daily log-in bonus window there's a countdown normaly you should be able to clic on new reward at end of that countdown
next to countdown it says next reward so at end of count-down you should be able to get the new reward

ICE's answer is correct. You're misunderstanding the question.
Not everyone gets the daily reward. They are running an A/B test on a random selection of players.
The question was when will the "main game" get it, meaning "all players". Nobody here knows that.

Don't worry about it - the daily reward is not that big of a deal except to greedy people. Hopefully Inno will just remove it as one more piece of unncessary click bait.
