In the guild treasury window there's a menu icon in the top left corner, "guild contribution", where you can see how many goods guild members have donated to or withdrawn from the treasury.Wouldn't it be nice that you can see how much you have contributed to your Guild? It will be also amazing if others can see how much you contribute to Guilds

Can players other than the Guild Leader withdraw goods from the Treasury?

No one can withdraw goods but only people with designated rights can use them in ge/gbg/gvg

Goods can only be withdrawn from treasury for GBG, GvG and GE. You don't have to be a leader or founder to withdraw goods from treasury for those purposes . You just need "trusted" rights or "battleground" rights. Leaders and founders can assign these rights to any guild members.
In the "guild contribution" in the guild treasury (menu in the top left corner) you can see how many treasury goods have been spent on GvG. GBG and GE.
And you can see how many goods have been donated to treasury from guild members, either directly or trough goods donating buildings like Obs and Arc.
