Is there a guide to show the best layout of the train with all Cars attached?
Does the Train set stop at/or is it completed using 13 x 3 spaces?
Will adding on extra cars on a single train provide any bonus or is it just the fully laid out 13 x 3 that matters?
Am asking only to work out whether to use just 13 x 3 or make more space to add on any additional cars should we be fortunate to gain multiple cars?
You can place as many cars to the back of the train as you have room for. The only layout achieveable is a straight line. The good news is you only need the main train to be touching a road.

Here's two possible layouts I came up with for the train (pretend the ship is a train and the sunken treasure/sleighs are the cars)
This one would be useful if you have large buildings that fit perfectly at the end but not enough to fill the entire row and need something to fill in the gap.

Where does the train stand in the Aid priority list, i ask because the cars are being polished before the train gets motivated

it isn't on the priority list
on the same level than polish cars. which are also not on priority

50% motivate, 50% polish

so if you have many things without priority to motivate but only a few things to polish then the train will much later

So would i be correct in assuming that the train cannot be plundered ?

then it doesn't make much sense to me that the asylum, for example, which gives fp gets priority aiding while the train which also gives fp doesn't

Because the motivation provides FPs on the Asylum, the motivation only doubles coins on the train

This always confuses me (doesn't take much)

Spending the stars I got the double payout (x2) and the next present I opened was show two. Surely this should then show 4?

Honestly, I'd much prefer for next year if we could go back the Elvenar style of 9-12 different themed chests like the Forge Bowl/Soccer/Spring events, etc... do.
At least that way, there's more strategy between how to best chase after the grand prizes vs. and/or targeting specific chests with prizes that better fit your city's progress & needs.

Anything but this stupid casino styled slot machine where winning anything of even remote value is all down to the whims of the RNG-gods!:(
