Not a Bug: [wiki] Rogue Hideout / Den

in the wiki it says in the description of the Rogue Hideout / Den: "Will upgrade to your current era automatically"

but actually the building is All Ages (shown in the tooltip in the city)

so technically it is not from your current era and for that reason it can't upgrade to your current era when you advance to the next era
