Where is my diamonds?

Hi

I bought 2,000 diamonds yesterday via bank transfer but I never got them. Maybe I need to wait for
a few days before FoE recieve my payment, I've never done this before so I don't know how this works.

I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks!

Should never take longer than a couple of hours at the MOST!

Go ingame and right click on your screen and select support. Give your purchase information there and we can see about helping you rectify this.

I can tell you from experience that the bank transfer seems to take a few days.
I used the method and it took 4 days to get my diamonds,I tested using my CC and it took seconds.
Think maybe it waits until money transfer shows in their bank, even though it leaves your account instantly.

I sure hope I did everything right. Here in sweden, it usually takes 2 working-days for a bank transfer, so I guess I'll have to wait then. :)

I wish I could use my Maestro-CC but they don't accept it. It's always, and only, VISA or Mastercard. :(
