Where have all the Adverts gone ?

It's been over a week since the adverts seemed to dry up, Inno, you brought in features that we can use if we watch adverts, but you are not giving us any to watch, surely these features should be made accessible or remove the advert requirement, originally they were free, then you renaged and brought in adverts, now for whatever reason, the features ( at least on mobile ) are useless if we cannot use them...sort it out please

Well it's now the 10th of March, the Adverts for me seemed to dry up around the 15th February, contacted Support on this issue and was told that this is intended behaviour and the adverts are controlled by a 3rd Party, yet others who are using the app based game are still receiving them, Which can only mean this is targeted to the individual, perhaps because I don't click on any adverts I am not a obvious potential customer, therefore I am being ignored...this smacks of being totally deliberate, so in response not another penny will I spend until Inno ensure that all players are treated equally and fairly, As Inno are ? Allowing this to happen then I can only assume that this is a deliberate tactic by them as well. Have contacted a solicitor who deals with cases concerning online gaming to see whether any laws or consumer rules are being broken

Unless they're discriminating towards a group with a protected characteristic I would save you Solicitor fees. Plus there's no monetary loss on your side. Pretty much a non starter.

At one point placement of mobile ads on your account depended on how much you had spent.

worst in this is fact browser players who play from PC or laptop dont need to watch those adds to colect chest incidents so it's a bit of discrimination am not complaining cause i dont get to need to watch em but i find it unfaire for those who need to watch em to complete quests but cant cause there are no adverts they should at least auto complete untill problem is solved with 3rd party

Very true, besides after rereading the terms and conditions, Inno have pretty much got it sewn up tight, it's just so frustrating not being able to access features which are intended to be used, yet are being withheld to some players and not others

It's totally unfair and to this end will save up the money that would have spent on game and given to Inno and spend it instead on a PC so I can play this game fully
