Not a Bug: When you win at Antique Dealer you still have the excalamtion mark.

When you have opened the Antiques dealer and you win from bidding then you click on collect(no exhange is made at that time) and leave the exclamation mark is there for several minutes for you to go and collect it while you already have.

But yes I have tried the methods listed to fix it.
