What ambiguity?
The ambiguity that 1 billion is not the same in all countries.

Short scale: 1 billion = 1 thousand million
Long scale: 1 billion = 1 million million

Short scale: 1 trillion = 1 thousand billion
Long scale: 1 trillion = 1 million billion

etc...

Confused?

Where in the world is 1 billion 1 million million? :-o Okay, in our language, for example, LOL. :D :D :D But we have a slightly differently written word for it, and we all know that the English billion is 1 thousand million. That's just what it is. You have to learn it.

Still, it doesn't explain why Inno would use two different names for the same number.

The UK it used to be 1 million million but for some reason we now copy the stupid yanks who don't know how to count properly
