Already Suggested: What the Observatory needs

I like the idea of a GB structure that's for helping guilds, but there is 1 thing that really bothers me about how the observatory works.
The goods that it produces are from your city's current age. I know that a lot of guilds are fighting in ages on the GVG map that are NOT their current city age. This creates a waste of goods that potentially never get used. There are several ways to fix this, but many of them would require all new systems or produce unfavorable results, like a guild trade market or user access to take from the guild treasury.

What I would like to see is the ability to set the age of goods the observatory makes. Anyone else?

Firstly it always helps to read this stickied thread before posting in the Ideas section. If you could edit your idea so that it is in the required format, this would make it easier to consider.
