What GB should I focus on??

I had all my BPs sorted by lv45. If you build up a couple thousand FP packs you can invest them at a smallish FP loss and get all the BPs you need. You will also get a lot of medals for expansions.

It sounds like you would replace the Traz? No no no. Get the traz up to 10 then the inno. Or you could do the inno first and start knocking down houses. I did inno before traz for the FP's. Both provide more pop and happiness than I need plus I got about 1600 rogues ready to terrorise my hood.
