Salted Peanuts

Did not have much time, so I just cooked potatoes and made a pot roast of Onions, then added Champions which i turned in a mix of honey, mustard, chili and fresh rosemary – then added those to the onions after they gained some color and later some cherry tomatoes. Turned down the heat and added some water from the potaoes – adjusted with salt and pepper. Took about 15 min. to make and was satisfying enough for a quick evening meal.

For me I had apples...ok is it still considered healthy if the apples were in an apple crumble served with cream?
