Woke unexpectedly early (no alarm). Waited 10 mins for 4-hr event productions to finish. Set the next quest. Check the forum. Posting this in my sleeping hours. Now, hoping to get another hour’s sleep before having to get up. :zzz: :zzz:

the bonus cut off time gets shorter each time so it gets harder unless you don't care about completion bonus time

It takes 15 fragments to obtain the Greater Runestone Selection Kit. Completing within the fastest time reward gives 9 fragments.

It is because the chance of 4 times production increases after each completed settlement theoretically. Let's see what happens in practice.
