Yes. Rain from October till March without interruption (in winter it will snow during the night and then rain during the day, it makes an awful mud), not a drop of water and boiling hot in from May till September. We used to have a temperate climate, cold and snowy in January and February but overall nice the rest of the year, it changed a few years ago and now...

We've been finishing every summer the last years on water restrictions, and I think it was 5 years ago they cut the distribution water during the driest week and gave everybody 2 litters of water in a bag per day. While in winter we often can't see the sun during several weeks in a row.
