I would still release and then find a really fat enemy to land on and see how much you can take before they even notice.

It would take min a week to release and min a week to reconquer. But we're the fat ones (others are big with huge muscles) so most probably 3 months to reconquer. And I'm noone.

Who said anything about reconquering. I am talking about take and release until the enemy is left with one little square...... so fun to do that.
And releasing is a five min thing, ask a friendly to take your townhall once you have released all other sectors. Easy peasy.

I can't imagine anything better than blueprints for an in-game prize right now. :D What could it be? :)
