No not all GB´s are worth the same, several are to be avoided, while others nearly are a must have.

Most GB´s take up considerable amount of space and the journey to level them is long
– so it is worth giving it an extra thought which GB´s to put in the mudd.

GB´s that has coins as output usually gets void when reaching a higher level – houses and other buildings will easily outperform them.
GB´s that includes giving FPs are usually a good choice.

CF is a huge exception to this rule.

In the short to middle term, yes.

In the long run, you can get the same, and even better bonuses using a lot less space with GBs.

That's only true if you stay in early game Only so many GBs out there and a lot more space to obtain

Yes that is very true Chateu Frontenac is one of the essentials GB – a must have.
