Can't argue there, it would only be well established guilds like my main world guild which could benefit from this, or that odd one-player guild, it would give those people a reason to build the observatory.

That would not be a 404 error. It could be a 403 error, or a 400 error but I think I would code it as a 417 error just to keep people on their toes, since few know what that is without looking it up
