I placed an SV in my little city because it was originally supposed to be a diamond mine city and it progressed too fast (while still staying iron age) and I ran out of space to place the wishing wells id collected. I just placed it a week ago so I'm hoping it gives a few diamonds over the next month or so. It's such a rare building that strangers advanced it a level up without any encouragement at all. Not like that'll make much difference though but..the jury is out.
