Yup, not exactly a pot of gold, still pretty decent boost if you're persistent. 10FP/day on average, or pretty useful things most of the time (you can get a XL supplies pack or residential chest, for example, but mostly you can select something usable), and a decent chance of getting an all-time structure at chest completion (got a SoK this week, 50FP as a consolation prize is also cool) - not a thing to just discard. So yes, I think people should get this available.
