I neither (not with only the passive) but I feel bad for that hoodie who threw all his economy on defense and still gets breeched and plundered. Plus if the active is good (FPs or previous era goods or units) it might be fun.

It is extremely inbalanced and seems no matter what you do people will always get through.
Generally on my EMA world I don't plunder if they have a good defence

I can detter 98% of attacks on East Nagach but not 100%.
Same with Parkog.
On other worlds I can detter 0,05% of attacks with my two spearfs :P
