Watchfire Building (Easter Egg Trade-In Store)

Can a knowledgeable someone please tell me if the bonus for the Watchfire Building ... (Units gain 4% Defense when defending your city) is cumulative if you have more than one built? Please reply, as I am constantly being attacked by the 'bullies' in my area and would love to have a little extra help defending my city. :)
