I have had three people message me throughout the day to say that they have been unable to vote for me due to the 'poll being full'.

Why is this?

I have yet to hear from a moderator even though I have asked twice already.

I have not seen this message displayed when voting - are these perhaps newly registered members on the forum? If that's the case then it might be that they were not yet approved. We try to cover that as frequently as we can but due to availability sometimes it can take up to a couple hours.
