Visual aid to event history and improved font

Have you Checked the Ideas section for the same idea posted by someone else? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested? Yes, few similar, but none quite like this, BTW search sucks


Reason: Would improve the event history tremendously and help out when you use it to polish/motivate and other stuff.

Details: When you visit a player through the event history when you come back the button will be darkened and it will say "visited" instead of "visit". Similarly for "revenge" and other stuff.

Along with this I propose a font change so that the font in more in line with ancient times, instead of the current modern type font.

Summary: Well this would improve the event history a lot and improve the UI so much, making it more helpful to the players to know their actions and be able to more efficiently use it.

It would be nice, but it would be more of a hassle for the game designers since they have to do this in 15 different languages

One could have the buttons darken / fade out a little and just leave the descriptions the way they are. I believe it would be better to use a different colour though, as otherwise players might believe they can't click on the button again.

So how about having the "Visit" button turn green once having visited that player and the "Revenge" button darkening / fading out as soon as it has been clicked upon?

I like the idea, just believe it could still use a little fine tuning. :)

@byeordie: Its only 3-4 words, you can change it in minutes in 10 or 50 languages.

@Bloodwyn: No. Green would ruin the look, plus it doesn't really imply that you visited. Plus green the whitish color of the font don't mix in well.
