New Bug: Vibrant Autumn Vineyard giving current age BPs

I have Vibrant Autumn Vineyard in SAJM era, every few collections (i.e. 3 times in last couple of weeks), it gives current age (AI Core) BPs rather than the future age BPs that the building description says it should.
