Does anyone know how to find out what goods are missing in the get 3 of each goods bit of the quest because I have 14 out of 15 goods but I can't find out which goods are missing. Help please....... :D

I think there is no way. the solution that I can say is:
Begins to change again the 15 products from the start but get pointed in a notebook which products are you getting.
I recommend that you exchange these products if possible with your guild members
