After checking, turns out its a backend change not a change to supplies. It was a mismatch in backend only. I've removed it from the Changelog

Thankfully Inno have left the old (functioning) version in place... so there is at least one place where you can't only see what you need, but also what you already have.
BTW, did Inno also use that lovely update to amend the stats of CdM, or is the fact that a level 11 CdM has an attack bonus of 0% just a testament of the thorough testing that went into this essential update

it is only a display bug. they thought testing it 3 days is enough
so don't expect that this new feature is working correctly
