Unwanted Event Buildings able to be auctioned

Would it be possible to have any unwanted event buildings auctionable? I (and I am sure, other players) have a number of buildings which we cannot auction, mainly Event Buildings. Is there a way to enable us to auction off these buildings and upgrades or to trade them at a 2 to 1 or higher ratio for wanted buildings or for gold, supplies, fps BPs, units etc?

They are all auctionable, once you unlock them. None of those will be tradeable.
