New Bug: Unfinished Polynesian Settlement displays “Finish Now” on opening

My Polynesian settlement displays only a ”Finish Now” button with a background of the whole island with no option to continue playing. This displays as soon as the settlement is opened. Less than half of the quests in the settlement have been completed.
