Stealth Tank is a Tomorrow era unit; not Future. That's 6 eras above Colonial.
Colonial players don't get matched with Tomorrow players in the hood. You only get matched with players from your own age, occasionally one era up or down.
But you can get higher era units through Story and Side Quests from higher eras. The higher era quests are triggered by progressing to those eras on the continent map.
