Forwarded: Unawarded medals and diamonds

  • Browser and Version: Firefox
  • Overview of the bug: It's been 1 day and both my medal, which I earned from scoring 5th place in the last PvP tournament (and I did check till the last hour, I was there with a great big difference from no.6) and the diamonds from the mail activation are still to be awarded, what the hell?
  • Screenshots: none
  • How often this occurs: This happened to a bunch of people after the update, I dunno how many cases have been solved afterwards, but mine is still to solve that's for sure.
  • Urgency: It's not exactly urgent but I don't wish this to be overlooked as it both items would come in real handy
  • Preventative Actions Nothing, I can't exactly stop the update from coming out can I?

  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes
  • Have you tried fixing it by using these methods?: No, it's been a full day, I've logged out and in multiple times and all the rest is working fine, so it's on your end people.

Calm down already. I too have posted a ticket on Dinegu, I got my Cirgard ones. I'm sure they will get to it as soon as possible. They have been working through a number of issues raised by 10.1 and have been fixing them surprisingly quickly. It not like they can wave a magic wand and hey presto there it is.

If they hadn't released a buggy update they'd not have all that extra work! Let's hope they properly test updates next time, this one was a total disaster!

What about the diamonds though, will they be returned along with the bugged medals?
