Overview of the bug: Unable to research tools in the research tree, the stop symbol sign remains in the box despite having all the prerequisite things researched, having forge points available etc

Urgency: Urgent, cannot progress down the tech tree
Preventative Actions: Nothing

I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes
Have you tried fixing it by using these methods?: Yes

This also occured in closed beta, a game moderator fixed it specifically for my account if i remember correctly.
