Unable to enter research - sits on shield frozen

I have points to use for research - just frozen on the shield when try to enter. Re-starting does not fix.
So several things not working. Like the tournament gave up as never got updated medals in past.

sorry you're having this problem - please submit an in-game support request by right-clicking anywhere on your village screen and then choosing "support" from the pop-up menu. that way they can check your account to see what's causing the problem.

silly question time, have you cleared the cache and or tried another browser??
