Treasure Hunt Skipping Higher Chests

I've been noticing some strange activity this week on the Treasure Hunt board. I am able to collect items from all except the higher-tier 4hr chest, and the 8hr chest, because the game rolls back to the lower-tier 4hr, or skips over the last two completely to go to the 5min chest...

This has happened at least four times this week and the normal "Collect and Restart" option on those chests appears to be missing.

Probably best to contact support. Sounds to me like you haven't collected them in time and the hunts reset but they can check the timings for you.
