How many Goods are normally given in return for a FP to be placed in a GB. What is the going rate of goods to FPs.

person want PE goods for Chateau. Have them but am in AF. Never done this before so want to know their value as using Unfair Trades would be getting LMA goods which I don't need.

As Shad said, it depends on era of goods given and goods required.
You mentioned giving AF goods in exchange for PE goods, if I understood?
If so, better solution that trading for FPs would be to downtrade those goods age by age until you reach PE. In that case, you will have a really huge stockpile of PE goods after downtrading even small amounts of AF goods.
