Trade completed but no goods visible

Hi, had a trade of 20 dye for 20 wool which was completed. It is not in my trades but the goods are not in my possession (either the dye or the wool)....

robw_uk offered 20 wool for 20 dye
madmikmouse accpted the trade @ 10:37am 18/01 (he also accepted a 4:4 trade at the same time and that now is all ok)

I dont see the dye in my inventory but also dont have the wool either....

have you tried refreshing the page and checking your inventory then?

in-game, right click anywhere on your city, goto support from there and submit a bug report. they will be able to help you out
